He has extensive consultative and litigation experience involving cargo and vessel malfunctions, regulatory issues, judicial recovery and bankruptcy of companies, fines and customs penalties, maritime freight, air and road, ship demurrage and containers, detention, cargo storage and the like. Member of the Maritime Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association – Subsection of Santos in the triennium 2019/2021.
